“Spoke with a young man on the phone who sorted out my problem, he was very helpful, sorry, but I did not get his name. My coat arrived and I am simply delighted. I ordered a Jack Murphy Erin coat in Olive. I went with the advice on line, I am usually a size 18, but ordered a 16, as I don't wear any bulky clothes underneath, fits fine!*****”

“I ordered a flatcap from them. Although I live in the US, it still arrived well packaged within four days of ordering. The cap is wonderfully made (in fact I'm ordering another one as we speak.) Their service was wonderful and quick. Well done!”

“I purchased $166.96 worth of clothing 4 weeks ago. I have never received the clothing! FedEx appears to have lost my package. When I reached out to Walker & Hawkes for help, I have only received one-line auto replies. When I asked to be communicated with like a human being, the emails stopped. Absolutely awful customer service!!!”
