“I used the service as my pet suddenly stopped eating for 2 days and I got an instant reply with what to do and also received follow up care as well so this service is very good with instant communication. 5 stars definitely.”

“Totally blown away by the service I just had having flown into a blind panic when our puppy ate a really tiny amount of chocolate (my fault entirely). Ben replied to me in literally seconds and was able to put my mind at rest. No visit or expense going to an out of hours vet that is 45 mins away. I honestly can’t recommend Vidivet highly enough, such peace of mind from fully qualified vets 24/7. Amazing! Thank you Ben 👍🐾”

“Have used VidiVet on two occasions now, both times I had a response in about 1-2 mins (!!!) and was so helpful and Ben the vet was so knowledgable. On the second occasion, Ben even went out of his way to ask how my dog Ozzie was doing a couple of days later. Couldn’t fault the service, and it’s also reassuring someone is always on hand, would fully recommend!”

“I have spoken to Vidivet twice about concerns with our young puppy and on both occasions they were extremely helpful, on one occasion it was the weekend and didn’t want to rush to the vet so Vidivet put my mind at rest and also text me back later to follow up and check the progress”

“Oh my goodness, in the middle of a pickle, out of vets hours - because Teddy is somewhat awkward!!- we found a hole in Teddys paw. The Vidivet process was SO easy and I was shocked to receive a personalised video from an actual human advising me on treatment. Within 5 mins of me logging it!!! And they replied to my updates. It was so quick, incredibly informative and would absolutely recommend. Thank you Vidivet! 🐾”

“VidiVet have been a massive help to me since I joined. First time puppy owner who stresses about everything - I will admit to that. I've submitted a few questions since I joined and no matter how silly I think they may be, they always answer quickly, professionally and really put me at ease. It's making life with my boy Bailey so much less stressful knowing that if I have any concerns I can just log in to the app submit a question and stop panicking when the response comes through. You are superstars - thank you so much!”

“Recently during his morning walk, my 7-month old labrador picked up a disposable facemask. I tried to get it out of his mouth but he managed to swallow it. I contacted Vidivet about the issue and received a prompt reply from Ashleen. She was extremely helpful and reassuring and gave me detailed advice about what might happen and what I could do to aid him passing the facemask. Over the next 6 days she kept in contact and finally he managed to pass it without too much distress. I cannot praise Ashleen enough; her care and attention and advice was exemplary. I would highly recommend Vidivet to family and friends.”
