1) trying to get thorough to them on the phone is a mission on its own,the automatic service justice keeps repeating over and over.
2) when I did get through to speak to someone they took my details then they cut me off after 6mins before completing the query with me.
3) I still can't get through after trying several times over a 1hour period
4)I wish I had never taken out a policy with them, I would have given them no stars if I could have done so”
“My Name is Denzel, I bought an insurance from vavista few weeks ago, during the lock down, not upto one month, I had my insurance with vavista cancelled. Immediately they started asking me to pay for cancellation fee, refused to pay as it wasn't my fault, now they're sending collection bureau . They are fraudsters I think, worst insurance ever. “Terrible insurance company, they will say they charge you £35 to cancel it before 14 days but I got charged £60 to cancel it and they told me your insurance is running until 29/07/20 but on 28/07/20 i got a message saying this.
