“Sent my niece a build-you-rown box for her birthday and she loved it. Great range of products for all ages so it was eay to find items she loved - her favourites were the birthday cookie and smiley huggie earrings. There was an issue with one of the items but customer service sorted that out very quickly and the sent the correct item the next day. Great service and will definitely be back again!”

“The pyjamas are lovely Personally I just don't think the wrapping or presentation is as much of a wow as the previous box I bought and the little card is missed The USP for treatbox in my head is the way you can get a gift to a friend (when out the country in my case) and it appears as of you have lovingly prepped it yourself”

“Liked the fact you can build your own box and it’s the convenience that is the added value so although the individual items I chose probably didn’t cost £29.95, I think still good value as was so well received.”

“I’ve ordered previously & was very happy but this time around the wrong order was sent but the problem is now in the process of being rectified, so I am happy with the customer service. Products are lovely.”

“I have ordered from treatbox before and always love the care and attention to detail in each box I've ordered! My only fault this time round, was unfortunately the cookie in the box was smashed to pieces. Is there anyway these can be protected in future to prevent this! Other than that, everything was amazing and I will be ordering again in future!”

“Lovely as always. The only thing that I would say I am not keen on is the packaging. The box is very hard to open. I wanted to take a look to see if everything was ok. But difficult opening it, so tore it slightly. Last year's was alot better. But apart from that it's perfect.”

“First time I'd come across TreatBox and I'd probably use again, but for a female friend/family. Good variety with the edible treats but more options for the guys would be good. The box also arrived with a lot of pink packaging which was slightly offputting the recipient.”
