“I was under the impression that if I ordered a box on Monday, it would be delivered on Tuesday, but it was delivered on Wednesday instead, which was a day late for my friend’s birthday. She was really happy with the gift though despite the late delivery, so all good. Box was nicely packed and selection of goods was good.”

“Sent to my 16 years old as a GCSE treat (she’s working very hard!). She liked it and I would definitely get another sometime - if you worked out the price of what you choose etc it’s probably well marked up but presented well so worth it.”

“It's a lovely idea with lots of nice options to choose and personalise, however I will say the "Next Day" option took 3 days(!) for me, and so unfortunately was late for the occasion I'd bought it for. I complained but was told this is just normal - so be aware.”

The shipping option is 24-hour tracked, but unfortunately it's not a guaranteed next day delivery. “Sent my niece a build-you-rown box for her birthday and she loved it. Great range of products for all ages so it was eay to find items she loved - her favourites were the birthday cookie and smiley huggie earrings. There was an issue with one of the items but customer service sorted that out very quickly and the sent the correct item the next day. Great service and will definitely be back again!”

“The pyjamas are lovely Personally I just don't think the wrapping or presentation is as much of a wow as the previous box I bought and the little card is missed The USP for treatbox in my head is the way you can get a gift to a friend (when out the country in my case) and it appears as of you have lovingly prepped it yourself”
