“A cute box with nice packaging. For the money paid probably not worth it as quality is pretty standard. Okay customer service as one item I ordered wasn't availble so got it swapped for another item of choice. When I complained about the look of my Hey Pumpkin biscuit I receievd a swift response but wasn't offered a replacement or any sort of compensation. So a nice treat but probably wouldn't buy again as can get most of the the items or similar in normal shops for cheaper.”

“I thought this would come with a box, very dissatisfied.. I haven’t looked at the products as they are wrapped & it’s a Christmas for my daughter… I have had to buy an empty advent box for this.”

“Slightly disappointed with some of the products. On the website somethings are pictured as set or even 3 items but then when ordered it means you get only 1 of those. I thought for the price of the boxes they would be a bit bigger than they are. It is a very nice idea but I've ordered from other businesses before where the boxes including items were bigger or more for less.”

“I used to love these boxes, and had a subscription, however, I recently ordered a Mystery Box, and was really disappointed when it arrived, the products inside weren't anything like the nice subscriptions I used to receive. This one was a hair clip, tea bags, popcorn, face mask and a coaster, nowhere near worth £15, I could have bought that stuff myself for under a fiver. Not impressed at all this time. I feel totally ripped off.”

“Unfortunately I was disappointed with the contents of the TreatBox. It was a birthday present for my daughter and the first item she found was the hand sanitizer, the top of which was completely broken, and the contents had spilled and dried onto the tissue paper. Also the bracelet should have been either pink or grey with a pretty star design, but was sadly replaced by a white bracelet with a plain heart. My daughter was not impressed and couldn’t believe I had spent nearly £30 on the box.”

“Happy with quality contents that was chosen but said on website for next day delivery and it arrived 5 days after that. Was dissatisfied with timing as it did not reach when I needed it to.”

“I had high hopes for this as a gift but it quite under whelming. We wants a small gift to celebrate a great success but when it arrives it was a piece of paper, chocolate and face mask. All the additional products shown were extras which wasn't clear.”

“I am sorry to say that I was disappointed with the contents of the Father’s Day box I do not think it represented good value for money as contained two face masks, two eta bags, a very small chocolate bar and a small pot of Epsom salts. I paid extra for caramel biscuits which to be honest were the best part about the gift”

“So I purchased this box for my daughter. She was really happy with it and I don't want to take the shine from that. However, for the price I paid, I could easily do this cheaper on my own and add more things in so I probably wouldn't order again.”

“I ordered the May box for myself to test it out so to speak, plus May is my birthday month! I waited excitedly. I’m afraid I was disappointed with my box. Four paperclips ??? Two foot masks (one would have done) some candy kittens ( best thing in box) and some other stuff I’ve chuckled in a drawer. Maybe it’s definitely meant to be received as a gift rather than ordering for yourself but I won’t be ordering again sorry to say. It was boxed really well and arrived in good time. It’s a meh from me.”

“Bought for a gift but package arrived damaged on the outside of the box and the inside packaging. Also sent numerous emails to ask about the free mini box as the code did not work on checkout but I still haven’t received a response. Not overly impressed.”
