“The website was so easy to use and I managed to get what I wanted for the gift I was sending. I would only say in terms of price points I was looking for a box for around £15 for a birthday. Maybe one with a cookie and a cocktail in? But the £10 box was perfect on this occasion. Thanks so much :)”

“Great idea to have both custom and pre-selected options. It was fun putting together the two boxes I ordered. I’ll let you know how the (surprise) recipients react next week!! If I had one improvement suggestion it would be to increase the options for guys… Many thanks”

We have tried in the past to supply more male style boxes but it has not been very successful so we have stuck to what does well :) We have over 250 products to choose from in our build your own box collection so you can make a box for anyone! “Very happy with the prompt service. Easy to use, but not easy to choose, as so many wonderful gifts to chose from. I ordered a birthday gift box for my friend and she was over the moon with it. The birthday cookie was gratefully recieved too in the box. I choose some personal items so she could pamper herself for the evening or day. Thank you so much, for being such a different and lovely service to use, without breaking the bank. Especually as I couldnt be there with her as we are London based and she lives Nottinghamshire. Would recommend to all.”

“I think the idea is wonderful and will be using again. But it definitely should be an option to choose aprx delivery date. Or at least comments section to as for deliveto be sent after few days. As uts a surprise box and unfortunately will arrive before my friend’s birthday. Would have waited for few more days if i would knew.”

“I thought this was a really sweet idea! Hoping someone gets me one for my birthday! Although I never saw it, my friend said it was lovely. I would have liked it to be sent out closer to the birthday date though as I had the impression it would.”

We do hold orders back and send orders with enough time to reach the recipient by the date provided, but what with the Royal mail strikes causing delays, we have sent some orders a little early with plenty of time to arrive as we'd hate for them to arrive late! “Beautiful box of goodies has just arrived and the recipient is delighted ... however... one item appears to be 'incomplete'. As part of my selected goods I chose a Christmas decoration saying 'the best way to spread christmas cheer was to sing it loud for all to hear'. The text appears incomplete on the bauble. (See image). The recipient is now away on holiday but I would love it if a replacement decoration could be sent to the same address.”

“The surprise you get every time you receive a box, I have had no trouble with my box so it means no contact with customer service but the price is worth every penny and its neatly packed with a card inside every package.”

“I made 2 TreatBox to ask my daughter to be flower girl and my sister to be Maid of Honour. They loved them! Just wish there wasn’t the ad inside, this took away from the moment a wee bit.”

“The items were nice and delivery was quick but after seeing pictures from the recipient I don't really think the box is worth the price tag. It's a lovely idea though and I may put something similar together for someone in the future”

“I loved the idea of the Treatbox, lovely goodies packaged beautifully & still able to go through the letterbox. My review can’t comment on how it all looked on receipt as it was a gift, but I highly rate the process of ordering, so simple; the only difficulty is deciding what to put in your box lol. I loved the idea of the “do not open till” label too, my only little criticism was that in choosing a do not open sticker date, the site says that they will deliver the item closer to that date. Unfortunately for me I had to order in advance, & although the box wasn’t sent immediately, it was dispatched so it arrived a week early. That said I’m happy that it was delivered a week early than a week late, so a minor moan, but think this could be the one area of improvement, otherwise if the products & packaging match the advertising, this is a fantastic concept & a great gift to buy when you live miles away from the recipient. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks.”
