“I ordered a treatbox for my mum from here recently and received it within the time scale i selected which was great. It arrived very nicely packaged and definitely put a smile on my mums face, which was the intended purpose so overall very pleased. The only problem i had was regarding the delivery as it was slighty damaged on the exterior of the box but apart from that, it was all great.”

“Good selection of items to include in the "make your own" boxes and reasonably priced as well. The pre-made boxes looked to be well put together as well but slightly more expensive. Loved and really appreciated the option for "do not open until xxx date" stickers as well as the handwritten cards. I actually received one of these from my friend when I was going through a break-up at the end of 2021 which made me cry it was so lovely! So when it came to another friends birthday who I don't live near, I knew that I wanted to send a treatbox! Would 100% use again as well, thank you :)”

“This small little treat box was not what I was expecting, it comes in a small package with lots of cute little surprises! I would definitely recommend this subscription to others, i’m just not sure it’s the right one for me!”

“Really really love this business. The boxes are made with love and care, cater to all needs or wants, and are just so sweet and special! Would highly recommend. Only reason it's not 5* from me is for 2 reasons - firstly, I do think some of the items aren't worth the money being paid. E.g. earrings are great value as a part of the treatbox but aren't worth the same as a piece of card with a nice saying printed on it. Secondly the website needs optimizing for mobiles, as when I ordered mine as a gift for a friend I had to redo the box about 7 times as the website kept glitching on my phone which was quite frustrating. Otherwise, brilliant service and my friend was so touched and so pleased with her treats. Thanks Treatbox!”

“My sister was delighted with her treat box. Order form confusing regarding delivery and billing addresses, however my mistake was put right promptly by customer service, so no harm done. I'll be more careful to check addresses when I next order. Thank you for this good value service, so many similar services are much more expensive. I shall be sending more boxes for special occasions.”
