“I love Treatbox and have used it on a number of occasions now. The gifts are always received well and I get great feedback from my friends and family. I love that I can choose the treats I send to make it extra special and this also makes me feel as though I'm in control of how I feel about the value. Delivery has also always been super-fast to date which is a huge plus when I've perhaps left something a little later than I ought!”

“I purchased a box as a house warming present for my best friend who has recently also lost her dad. I asked for my note to be left in the card I also purchased as an extra and my word the wonderful soul who read my request did just that in the most lovely handwriting!”

“Bought a TreatBox for my friends birthday and filled it with all things relevant to her which I could choose from a wide variety of “ingredients”. When she received it she was delighted at the high quality of the contents and packaging which made it more special to open and loved the special little extras of messages in the box and hand written note inside. I would definitely buy from this company again as it is an extra special way of sending gifts to someone.”

“Love this concept and receiving/sending treat boxes. But ordered 2 for my nieces for Easter, and as same address, had to do separately. One got sent to wrong address, so 5 days late and was wet as left in a neighbours postbox!!”

That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers or their recipients, and I completely understand your frustration. Please accept my sincere apologies that your parcel was delivered to the wrong address, on further inspection I can see the house number was missed from the address when initially ordering, resulting in the post person unable to identify the address correctly so they have tried their very best to deliver as best they can Thank you for making our day - TreatBox 💗

“I gifted my boss's daughter who had taken unwell suddenly and ended up in hospital. It was a beautiful gift hand picked items by myself but the quality of products were second to none. The gift wrapping was so delicate and card. Thank you 🤩”
