“My siblings and I decided to collaborate on a Mother's Day gift for our very exhausted (florist! 💐) mum.. and she absolutely loved it. The pre-made boxes look amazing too, but being able to pick exactly what she'd like made it that much better, I would highly recommend gifting a loved one with Treatbox.”

“It's a lovely idea with lots of nice options to choose and personalise, however I will say the "Next Day" option took 3 days(!) for me, and so unfortunately was late for the occasion I'd bought it for. I complained but was told this is just normal - so be aware.”

The shipping option is 24-hour tracked, but unfortunately it's not a guaranteed next day delivery. While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, there can sometimes be delays with the courier that are out of our control. “I’ve recently bought 2 boxes with 7 items in for 2 of my closest friends who needed a pick me up and each box feels personalised because I can choose what they’d like and use. The hand written note in each one is such a lovely personal touch & the items are beautiful. The service is absolutely fantastic! Both times I ordered on a Sunday evening and they both received their boxes on Tuesday morning! Wow! Love treat box so much and that I can spread the cost with clearpay. Superb!”
