“I bought it as a gift for a family member. I liked how completely personalised the box is. I didn’t have to pick different items from different sections, I could pick anything from the whole list. My family member who received it absolutely loved it. She called and was blown away with how much care was put into packaging it. Would definitely recommend.”

“I came across your website whilst looking for a leaving gift. I LOVE that you can build your own box! It makes it more personalised and I must say the products are very good quality. I’ve been on other websites and you pay a lot more money for poor quality items. I also got a 10% off my first order which was a bonus. The delivery was so quick, I ordered it on a weekend so thought it would take a few days but it arrived 24 hours later. I will 100% be ordering again- maybe even for myself this time 👀 Thank you 💖”

“There was a large spider found in the box when the recipient opened the box”

Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear that a spider found its way into your box - we completely understand how unpleasant that must have been. We take great care to pack all of our boxes in a clean, controlled environment, but occasionally, especially during warmer months, little critters like spiders can sneak in during transit. While this is very rare, we completely understand it’s not what you expect when opening a TreatBox. Please feel free to email us at hello@treatboxuk.com so we can put things right for you. We really appreciate you letting us know and will continue reviewing our processes to minimise the chances of this happening again. Your experience matters to us, and we want every TreatBox to feel special (and spider-free!).

“I thought it was supposed to come in a lovely box. This was for a gift that I want to hand on person. But it came in a brown cardboard box . So not very impressed.”
