“TreatBox have been so helpful with arranging three end of year teacher gifts, i highly recommended them. I've had an issue with the order being shipped sooner than it should have been but they have been fantastic with resolving the issue for me.”

“June subsciption box was utterly amazing , every box is beautifully co-ordinated and themed, this months beat the lot...so loved my plant cutting, cannot wait to see it grow 😀”

“My daughter loves it. Really brightens her month. She loves the little notes and things that come with the contents. Each month is themed and always filled with joyous treats! Very good value for money!”

“Love the experience of choosing my own box for my friend and she loved it. Only downside (some feedback), she wasn't home when it got delivered and its only because I checked the royal mail website that I saw and organised a redelivery! They left a card but obviously she didnt know what it was”

“Very disappointed! Not only did this TreatBox arrive too late for the occasion but the hand written message was nothing short of appalling. Illegible scrawl to say the least. I am baffled as to who wrote it and how does TreatBox allow this? Would not recommend this service.”

I completely understand how disappointing it must have been for your TreatBox to arrive after the intended occasion, and I sincerely apologise for the delay. As mentioned by our customer service team, while we use Royal Mail’s 24 Tracked service and your order was shipped promptly, it isn’t a guaranteed next-day delivery service, though we always aim for the quickest delivery possible. Regarding the handwritten message, I’m really sorry it wasn’t up to the standard you expected. Each card is handwritten by a member of our team, and while everyone’s handwriting is naturally unique, it should always be clear and thoughtful. I appreciate you raising this and we will be reviewing it internally. I can see our team have been in touch to help find a suitable resolution, and I hope we can turn your experience around. “I love getting my monthly TreatBox! It sets my month off on a fantastic note and I love seeing the cute bits and bops inside! My personal favourite are the socks, they’re such high quality, nice and warm and fun designs, im obsessed! And for the value for money, what you get is incredible. Such a brilliant business !”

“The plant cutting was perfect, I’ve wanted this plant for ages and to have socks and a pin badge was brilliant. I had never tried plantain so the treats were my first try and they were delicious, a new favourite for sure. Haven’t used my mask yet as am saving for a mini pamper at the weekend. Fabulous box that brought a massive smile to my face.”
