“I have ordered so many stunning boxes from Treatbox over the last few years for myself and for family and friends. Each box has been met with complete joy! The items are all so well made and they are packaged beautifully! I also receive the subscription boxes and I love the element of surprise with each box every time a new month arrives. I would definitely recommend Treatbox to others! ❤️”

“Such a perfect gift option for friends and family!! I’ve used treat box for 5 of my friends and family using the build a box and choosing the 7 items personally to that person, such a beautiful and thoughtful gift, would highly recommend 😊 so worth the money xx”

“Great company, have used them twice, and despite a slight hiccup (replacement card due to the ordered one being out of stock) I will be using them again. Products definitely brighten peoples days!”

“Delivery was fast, the packaging is amazing. My note was hand written which was such a lovely gesture. I will be buying from there again! There was so many options to choose from, prices were very reasonable for what you want. Makes it such a meaningful gift to buy for any occasion. Thank you very much TreatBox :)”

“Cannot emphasise how much I do not recommend ordering through Treatbox. Their online form at the time did not prompt the first line of the address so my order was not delivered to my friend. In order to have it redelivered, Treatbox said I needed to pay a restocking fee as well as redelivery. There was zero compassion for the fact that my friend whose husband was undergoing cancer treatment and no negotiation of meeting me in the middle. The customer service took forever and a resolution was never found. Take your business elsewhere, it’s just not worth the hassle!”

I’m truly sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed, especially when you had ordered something so meaningful for your friend during such a difficult time. Please know that this is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face these issues. Our checkout system does rely on the information entered at the time of ordering, and when an address is incomplete, it sadly impacts successful delivery. We do ask for a restocking and redelivery fee when parcels are returned to us, in line with our policy, but I’m very sorry if this came across as lacking compassion — that was certainly not our intention. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible and support our customers, but I sincerely apologise if you felt that communication took too long or that a fair solution wasn’t found. Your feedback is really important to us and will be shared with the team to ensure we continue to improve how we handle sensitive situations. If there’s anything more we can do to assist you or help further, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we would really like to help in any way we can. Once again, I’m truly sorry for the upset caused and for not meeting your expectations on this occasion.

“As always an amazing selection of goodies to choose from and easy to find ones that are suitable for every occasion. The delivery address was wrong but this was quickly rectified and the box arrived on time and was gratefully received during a difficult time for the recipient.”

It’s hard to know what to say or how to help when you don’t live around the corner from each other so I wanted to send something to let her know what I was thinking about her. “I’ve been getting my long distance best friend these care package boxes for years and this one is the best by far. I love how customisable it is and so much choice to choose from.
