“The best company out there! Recently ordered the new pyjamas and they are the comfiest ones I have ever owned! Also subscribe to the monthly boxes and they are the best pick me up each month and well worth the small amount you have to pay each month. Definitely recommend this company to everyone!”

“I was under the impression that if I ordered a box on Monday, it would be delivered on Tuesday, but it was delivered on Wednesday instead, which was a day late for my friend’s birthday. She was really happy with the gift though despite the late delivery, so all good. Box was nicely packed and selection of goods was good.”

“Purchased 2 for my teenagers starting their exms as litle bost and to remind them they are great and can do the exms. They were both really happy to find the box on their pillow. We liked the wrapping and card.”

“A TreatBox is something I generally buy for myself at least once a year, just for a spoil. I love all the products to choose from. Everything on offer is of amazing quality and the packaging is so lush. Makes me feel so special opening it. “This was my third time using TreatBox and each time the service has been great and the people receiving the boxes have been over the moon. The personalised cards which are easy to upload with your own photos are the best - so great for friends and fam who you are not able to be with physically during their time of need or special occasion. I'm hooked on TreatBox!”

After looking into this, the issue arose due to key information missing from the shipping address, which unfortunately meant the courier was unable to identify the correct location for delivery. As outlined in our terms and conditions, in cases like this where a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, a 25% restocking fee applies if a refund is requested. “I ordered a TreatBox as a little pick-me-up for my daughter before her GCSEs, and it was absolutely lovely. The website was really easy to use and the communication was great throughout – I knew exactly when it was on its way. “Sent to my 16 years old as a GCSE treat (she’s working very hard!). She liked it and I would definitely get another sometime - if you worked out the price of what you choose etc it’s probably well marked up but presented well so worth it.”
