“Although the products were very good the “treat box” was very far from satisfactory. The packaging was just that, it was supposed to be a gift for my daughter starting her exams and had spent over £80. It arrived bashed up, sealed with yellow masking tape with postage labels all over the front. We opened it expecting a box within the parcel only to find that was it. The surprise treat box was far from it! I had to decant everything into a gift box and give it to her seperately. When I complained I was offered a replacement box! A little too late. The packing options are not clear and you certainly should not have to pay extra to gift the box to who it is intended for. I won’t be using again as the level of customer service was appalling. They obviously do not care if a customer is dissatisfied. It’s such a shame as the concept is good and the products were lovely.”

We completely understand how important first impressions are, particularly during meaningful moments like exam season. When placing your order, you selected the “Send directly to recipient” option. This means the outer packaging is the TreatBox itself, designed to be a letterbox-friendly surprise. Our “Send to me to hand over in person” option includes an additional outer box for protection and presentation, which many customers prefer when gifting in person. That said, we’re always looking to make things clearer and easier, and your comments about the packaging options are genuinely helpful. We’ll be reviewing the wording on our site to avoid any future confusion. We offered a replacement box as a gesture to try and make up for the disappointment. We’re sorry this didn’t feel like the right solution at the time, but we do genuinely care when a customer is unhappy and always aim to put things right where we can. “I received a beautifully presented TreatBox from my friend, it contained wonderful gifts at a sad time and really cheered me up. I have since sent my own TreatBoxes to my daughter and a friend, they loved them. They are made and sent with care and are just such a lovely gift to receive.”

“I put my order in on Monday for the new pj's shorts and they arrived by Wednesday, brilliant! I have ordered treats for friends before, but this was the first time for myself. I love them , so comfortable and the material is lovely and soft. Thank you Treatbox ! Excellent service all round.”

“The treats were lovely and my friends loved the gift. I didn’t like how I paid for next day delivery but it wasn’t delivered until 2 days after so could’ve just gone with standard delivery”

“Amazing ⭐️ I have made 2 orders with Treatbox as gifts and it’s safe to say my friends have been over the moon with their pyjamas! They have said the quality is amazing, and they are so soft and comfortable. Customer service is also impeccable, I made an error on the delivery name very close to delivery cut off, and within 10 minutes if reaching out, I’d received a response to let me know they had amended it for me and it was still delivered the next working day. Highly recommend!”

“I sent my niece a personalised TreatBox to wish her good luck in her exams and she absolutely loved it. “The best company out there! Recently ordered the new pyjamas and they are the comfiest ones I have ever owned! “I was under the impression that if I ordered a box on Monday, it would be delivered on Tuesday, but it was delivered on Wednesday instead, which was a day late for my friend’s birthday. She was really happy with the gift though despite the late delivery, so all good. Box was nicely packed and selection of goods was good.”
