Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear that a spider found its way into your box - we completely understand how unpleasant that must have been. We take great care to pack all of our boxes in a clean, controlled environment, but occasionally, especially during warmer months, little critters like spiders can sneak in during transit. While this is very rare, we completely understand it’s not what you expect when opening a TreatBox. Please feel free to email us at hello@treatboxuk.com so we can put things right for you. “I thought it was supposed to come in a lovely box. This was for a gift that I want to hand on person. But it came in a brown cardboard box . So not very impressed.”

“Birthday box comes present amazing but some of the presents are not great , present 1 started of with a newspapers who wants a newspaper as a gift was not happy. Few of the gifts could be better but some are nice not.”

“The card was not the same as advertised - neither was the biscuit and I felt a bit disappointed. Not sure it was really worth the money in all honesty.”
