“No issues with additional customs charges sending to an EU country which was a massive plus for me after previous bad experiences sending to the EU, my friend absolutely loved all her gifts and called it the ‘best lucky dip ever’. Really high quality items and prompt delivery. I was so impressed.”

“I ordered a lovely selection of 10 items for my sister's birthday who was super pleased. She especially loved all the dog mama items and the yummy biscuit which, in her words, was 'soooo good'. I ordered the box in April to be delivered at the beginning of June but the box sadly didn't arrive. However, the TB team were super quick to sort out another box the day I emailed them & it arrived the next day. Cheers TB :-)”

“Fast delivery even though I never received the update to say it was delivered, it arrived the next day and my Grandad said ‘It’s very different but nice and the packaging was lovely.’ - My grandad is hard to buy for and maybe the Rose tea wasn’t something he would personally choose but it was more about the little messages. He said you can never go wrong with fudge and white chocolate though and he was looking forward to trying the mint balm.”

“I have a monthly subscription of Treatbox and I can truly say I love a little surprise each month. Come package beautifully and love items receive and sometimes my daughter get to choose an item from it. A little pamper treat for myself. My youngest wishes they did kids socks.”

“Couldn’t recommend TreatBox more. I’d emailed over an item I’d seen on instagram but not on the website. I got in touch with customer services and they found one and made my order complete. The customer service was amazing and my daughter loved opening it before her end on year exam x”

“I've been a fan a Treatbox for a while and will quite often treat myself to a little pick me up box every now and then. This year I decided to try the subscription box and have been receiving them every month since December. They are a lovely surprise each month and the last two boxes the design has been 'on point' with theme.”

“TreatBox have been so helpful with arranging three end of year teacher gifts, i highly recommended them. I've had an issue with the order being shipped sooner than it should have been but they have been fantastic with resolving the issue for me.”

“Love the experience of choosing my own box for my friend and she loved it. Only downside (some feedback), she wasn't home when it got delivered and its only because I checked the royal mail website that I saw and organised a redelivery! They left a card but obviously she didnt know what it was”
