“The service was great with fast delivery and lovely packaging. I have marked down only one star because of the jewellery I picked which was poor quality materials. Otherwise it was lovely and the vegan hug in a cookie was delicious too!”

“Item not received. Now day 10 since ordering. Emails to the only contact point for treat box kept returning generic worded emails, with no personal approach. Emails just keep saying I have to wait 14 days for it be counted as lost (in line with Royal Mail policy) in Order to get a refund. No alternatives given or as per request to contact Royal Mail to get a better update?! I would just of liked my friend to receive the gift in time for Xmas as expected, which clearly isn’t going to happen now!!! Item clearly shown on tracking as bouncing between depots with Royal Mail, and is not going to be received so it would of been a much friendlier and thoughtful approach if they could just re-send a new box - especially considering the time of the year! Will not use this company again, and cannot recommend.”

However, we rely on our shipping partners to fulfil deliveries, and occasionally, despite our best efforts, delays and losses can occur. It's essential to note that while we make every effort to communicate effectively, Royal Mail's 48 and 24 delivery services are not guaranteed, as confirmed by Royal Mail themselves. For RM 48 tracked shipping, if an order isn't received within 14 working days from the dispatch date, it is considered lost, and we are more than happy to arrange a replacement or refund. Similarly, for 24 tracked shipping, if an order isn't received within 7 working days from the dispatch date, it's classified as lost, and we promptly issue a replacement or refund. We're pleased to see that a refund was processed promptly once the stipulated time had passed, but we understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any frustration or inconvenience you experienced during this process. “Unhappy with the quality of the items in the advent calendar. For £100 you’d expect some high quality items, instead I’ve received a pen, plastic carry bag, a tiny gem, colouring papers etc.. Really do like this company but disappointed with my purchase. Also told to refund my items, it has to be unopened which means I can’t return this.”

“Can’t believe I’ve only just discovered treatbox I ordered two for my daughters to open on Xmas eve and chose the sweetest things for them It was so easy to choose the things I wanted the website was so easy to use unlike others when you get so fed up you give up Beautifully wrapped boxes arrived and I really wanted to one for myself Perfecf and I’ll def order again for birthdays and other occasions esp for people who have eveything , sometimes it’s the little things that are more special Thankyou treatbox xx”

“I have bought two treat boxes for two different occasions, both friends who received them have been really taken a back by the box at how thoughtful the little box is, I find it hard sometimes because not everyone wants flowers. So this is perfect, I will continue to keep using treat box in the future”

“I ordered a build your own box for a friend da daughter who has started Chemo. The box was sent to me to be given to my friend. I haven't heard from them since opening but from what I chose and how it was presented I couldn’t recommend enough. The customer service was prompt and reassuring. I made an error in my message for the gift card and this was amended for me easily via email. Very greatful for that. I will definitely treat someone and myself to a treat box again soon! Thanks all 😍 x”
