“The personalised mugs I purchased for my two friends where beautiful, and they loved them. I did get confused because I thought the mugs came with a pair of socks and a reindeer hot choc stick, as shown in video...but they didn't...my own fault for not checking...have used treatbox a couple of times, and will continue to do so...Great company xx”

“Order was cancelled with no explanation. When I contacted I was told that it was an issue with the website as I shouldn’t have been able to order in the first place, I should add that I had made a 2nd order shortly after the first. When I asked for my order to be fulfilled as I had made a second order was told that no it couldn’t and to purchase the item I had originally ordered I needed to make a further order of a TreatBox and add on item. As I had already made a purchase I really couldn’t see the issue with then sending the add on item as I understood it would arrive separately. (It was £5 celebration birthday chocolates) All I was told was no and a final email saying ‘thank you for your feedback’ Incredibly poor customer service and absolutely would not order from them again or recommend TreatBox. The gifts were for my daughters 18th and I’ve since found most of the items elsewhere and put together my own gift box. So thank you TreatBox for the ideas but what a disappointing experience. For a small company you did nothing to correct something that was your mistake in the first place.”

We truly appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. When your initial order was placed and shipped, a subsequent order for an add-on item was made. Unfortunately, our system requires add-on items to be purchased alongside a box order at the same time. As communicated to you straight away, Since your first order had already been shipped, we were unable to process them together, which resulted in the refund for the add-on purchase. We understand that this situation was disappointing, especially since the add-on item is not available for standalone purchase. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. “I recently moved to Dubai and my friend back home in uk was having a hard time, so this was the perfect way to get a wee surprise to her to her quickly in an attempt to cheer her up. I also wanted to change the address and the team were sooo quick at replying to my email regarding this change. And not only that they had the parcel sent to my friend by the very next day! She was so happy to receive it, and she loved the personal touch of the handwritten note with the message I requested. Will definitely use again and again!”

“I have to say I was a bit sceptical when ordering and when they turned up as they were flatter than I expected I thought will my staff like them??? I was blown away when they opened them and loved them prettily packed with confetti’s and scent and actually the fact there flat boxes means I could have posted them direct to them - I personalised them too to each person such a lovely way to say your loved and appreciated x”

“I made an error when placing my order, I realised this as soon as I checked out so I contacted them as per their T&C's (5 minutes after placing the order), asking if I could amend the order or cancel. I then received a response email at midnight saying that the order could not be edited, and could not be cancelled as it was past the 30 minute mark of requesting to cancel. I'm not sure how they worked that out as I emailed after 5 minutes asking to cancel if the order couldn't be changed. I was then told my only option would be to accept the delivery and then send the package back at my own cost. So now I have a treatbox that I do not want and received no help from them when trying to fix the issue.”
