“The ordering process was simple and there's so much choice for the custom boxes! There's something for everyone (even my 70+ year old dad!) and the customisation options are great. Everything went very well except that I ordered it at the weekend, thinking it would be sent Tuesday/Wednesday (since they say on the website to allow time for packing, of course) and hopefully arrive in time for Thursday using the 24 hour post. I received a notification from Royal Mail on the Monday that I had a tracking number (which is what they say will happen) but it wasn't physically sent until Thursday, arriving Friday afternoon. The note to wait to open it was pretty redundant but he enjoyed the items inside and it was a lovely way for me to mark the occassion despite being overseas. I would advise those ordering to make sure you give yourself, the company, and Royal Mail plenty of time to delliver, just in case.”

“honestly 10/10 every single box i’ve sent has arrived perfectly and timed perfectly as well, it helps so much especially for birthdays to just pop one through the letter box and they are so affordable!!”

“Not overly impressed with my lucky dip box. Definitely not worth the money. I received a tea bag, pin badge, pair of socks and some bath salts. I love this company and have ordered a few times but this was a disappointment.”
