“I bought a Black Friday bag after seeing all the hype about it & how quickly they sell out, thinking it’d be a cheap way to divide up gifts for friends. I was very disappointed. I didn’t like any of the goods that came & to be honest, they’d all make rather rubbish gifts. I wouldn’t bother buying again.”

“Oh wow! The December treatbox was amazing value. I look forward each month to it arriving, and this one did not disappoint. A yummy biscuit and delicious hot chocolate were a welcome treat in a busy week. A lovely gift to myself!”

“I love having a treat waiting for me every month I it really has help me through a lot of depression and anxiety and now it gives me a boost and confidence to help me through the month. “I love the idea but as the months have gone on there is a size difference and more and more of the little gifts are paper print outs rather than say small little gifts. I love it when there are socks in the box but not so much when it is like mental health cards and stuff”

“A fab company with a great selection of build your own and pre-made gift boxes! The website is easy to use and whenever I gift them to friends (or myself lol) they are always well received! Cute, aesthetic and full of self-care goodies (they’ve expanded their more masculine range in recent years too which is great!) Below is a lil box I ordered myself full of lots of cute lil treats x”

“Absolutely gutted and totally disappointed. Ordered an item that said it would be dispatched on a certain date. It arrived to the reciever 3 days BEFORE it was meant to be dispatched. I chose this date because my friend wasn't home and would be when it was meant to be dispatched. I contacted the company as soon as I got the dispatch email to let them know about this. They said it happpens if the stock is in SO WHY DOES IT SAY A DISPATCH DATE???????? The package was scratched and the corners chewed open by the cats by the time my friend got home and found it. The biscuit was stale and inedible. I was only offered options of a refund or to resend the parcel if I returned the original one. This wasn't possible as the box was very torn up and the biscuit partially opened. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR REUSE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! Jump on etsy, you'll get a much better customer service experience!”

“I ordered this for a friend. I was surprised how quickly it arrived, I placed the order on a Thursday night and by Saturday afternoon I had an email saying it had been delivered. I had it delivered directly and my friend messaged saying how much she loved it! She is vegan and said the biscuit was lovely too! So I would definitely order again from here, this was my first time using treatbox but it definitely won't be the last.”

“Disappointing - Order was unfortunately undelivered, the only option offered by customer service was to arrange another delivery at an additional cost. Still awaiting a customer service follow up and it is has been 4 working days since the issue was raised.”
