“I sent a box to my daughter who is living away at university for Galentines Day. The choice of items was brilliant (I picked 5) and she was absolutely thrilled with all of them. I have since visited her and saw the quality of the items was great too. So I would highly recommend.”

“My daughter at university loved the surprise treatbox. She was so excited she couldn’t wait to open it and only saw the do not open until sticker after. The treatbox delivered exactly what it was intended for, making her happy and to feel loved from afar, after feeling homesick and sad. My only challenge is being patient for another occasion to send her a surprise gift from treatbox”

“I’ve been ordering from treat box for over 12 months now and honestly I just love everything about them. The boxes are beautifully packaged and you can tell so much thought has gone into them. The hand written notes that you can add in when gifting are also a perfect finishing touch. There is a wide selection of irems available, so no matter the recipient, age or occasion there is so much to chose from. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“All the items were lovely and they definitely made my daughter’s day. However, I specifically got this so it would fit through a letterbox, and instead it was left outside her house all day getting soggy in the rain.”

Hi Catherine, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m glad to hear the items were lovely for your daughter. I’m really sorry they weren’t delivered as hoped and that rain affected the package. Unfortunately not all of our TreatBoxes are Letterbox sized and ultimately it is down to the discression of the delivery person to decide whether it will fit into a letterbox. We would love to make this right for you, please feel free to pop us an email at hello@treatboxuk.com Thank you for your understanding and for helping us improve. Kind regards, Team TreatBox

“Absolutely love my TreatBox “Breakfast in Bed” pyjamas. The packaging felt like a little moment of joy, and the set itself is super soft, cute, and comfy — perfect for slow mornings and cosy nights. I collected mine from the warehouse and even got a lovely reward for choosing local collection, which made the whole experience feel even more special. New favourite PJs.”
