“Disappointing - Order was unfortunately undelivered, the only option offered by customer service was to arrange another delivery at an additional cost. Still awaiting a customer service follow up and it is has been 4 working days since the issue was raised.”

“Ordered 2 parcels, each with different items. All beautifully packaged and quality items. Quick dispatch. Big issues with Royal Mail for delivery of both parcels, which were going to separate addresses, but Molly was very helpful in tracking parcels down for me.”

“Ordered a beautiful pyjamas for my daughter who lives in Dubai. She's not coming home for Christmas this year and because we always do a traditional family pyjamas every Christmas I thought it would be a nice treat to send her a pyjamas to let her know ill miss her. From start the finish the order process was excellent and I cannot recommend treatbox highly enough. I certainly will be ordering from them again.”

“I have order a few different boxes, for my daughter and friends. All the boxes are beautiful packed with care, my daughter has loved all the bits that are in her box. I did order her a exam box. She took the star in her pocket to all her exams. Im just hoping the Christmas boxes that I have order are just as beautiful. I would recommend treatbox to everyone”
