“Excellent from start to finish. Ordering was easy and the delivery was super quick. The pyjamas exceeded my expectations the quality and design were just fabulous and I bought the matching sock which my daughter loved. Will 💯 order again. Thank you”

“The two boxes I ordered were great. The address got in wrong on one of them when I used Google pay. It just came to me. Nit to the recipient. The GPay ,applepay option should be last not at the start of the payment option.”

“I ordered 16 treat boxes for my team at work. Communication via email was quick and clear, the boxes arrived really quickly and the product quality was lovely. The girls really enjoyed them toop (which is the most important thing).”

“It was my birthday and I received an email offering a 50% off birthday treat box. So decided to treat myself and order one. When it arrived I was so excited to open it from having received a box in the past but I was so disappointed. I couldn’t use anything in the box because of allergies, or I don’t have a bath or didn’t like the colour/design of socks. I emailed the team to ask if they could offer a solution. They confirm that I was missing an item and offered me to pick an item, hoping this would resolve my issue but I felt this wasn’t enough. No other offer was made and I had to return the treat box at my own cost to get a refund. Really disappointing customer service. I will certainly never be using them again and certainly not recommending to friends and family. Their are plenty of alternative treatments box companies out their wanting my business”

“Ordered this as a treat for my daughter, ordered it on the Thursday, it was delivered on the Friday morning! She absolutely loved it! Autumn, Halloween and pumpkins are our favourite so the whole box was a winner! Also loved that the iced coffee was a milk alternative! Great quality and great variety of gifts and got a 15% off code for my next order! Very happy, would recommend and will definitely be ordering again!”

“Disappointing. I was offered a half price birthday box, normally £35. No way did the contents add up to £35. There was a biscuit, a lip mask, a piece of thick paper with the libra star formation, a hair band for when you do make up, socks and a bubble bath which sells on amazon for about £3.75. I won't buy again.”

“Ordered the Autumn box with pj's, absolutely gorgeous! Chose the pj's box as I wanted a second pair. The mug, hot chocolate, marshmallows with toaster and the cinnamon roll are perfect for your sofa moments! Plus i had a pair of socks included! Fabulous TB, always lifts your wellbeing.”
