“I love this company , however it is very expensive. The quality of the items are good. I don’t see how they can charge £4-5 for a very cute but tiny pack of candy floss. Seems crazy. Well packaged and will definitely buy again when they have a sale on.”

“Gutted to say that the box I ordered was damaged when it arrived, and there was an earring back missing.”

“Absolutely love TreatBox! I have ordered a few pairs of TreatBox PJs and I love them and they have been a hit with my sister in law too 🥰 I recently purchased the mystery Christmas bag (thankfully got one before they sold out!) and I cannot wait to see what is inside, always quality items and fast delivery, cannot recommend TreatBox enough, thank you!!”

“Only recently discovered Treatbox but I am so glad I did! I've ordered quite a few boxes for Christmas treats and the service is great. Everything arrived within a few days. Customer service is excellent, they reply promptly even when I was panicking something wasn't going to arrive on time (it did!). I will definitely be ordering more boxes. A well deserved 5 stars!”

“Bought for my wife for our anniversary who really liked all the options. It was a super simple process online with loads of options to choose from. Only negative would be that the hair clip was broken when it arrived. Fortunately it ws just the bow that had come off so was able to glue it back. Some of the items were smaller than expected but given the cost, it is understandable.”

“Our goddaughter was absolutely THRILLED with her very first treatbox for her 9th birthday. She especially loved the jewellery items and enjoyed reading 'The Happy Newspaper', especially an article about elephants, her favourite animal! “Treatbox has really good customer service along with amazing products. I was previously gifted a Birthday Box for my own birthday, and I recently ordered a Gift Box for a friend’s birthday — they absolutely loved the quality of the products inside. You can tell Treatbox genuinely cares about their customers, especially in the way they respond to enquiries, which makes the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend Treatbox and will be ordering again.”

“The ordering process was simple and there's so much choice for the custom boxes! There's something for everyone (even my 70+ year old dad!) and the customisation options are great. Everything went very well except that I ordered it at the weekend, thinking it would be sent Tuesday/Wednesday (since they say on the website to allow time for packing, of course) and hopefully arrive in time for Thursday using the 24 hour post. I received a notification from Royal Mail on the Monday that I had a tracking number (which is what they say will happen) but it wasn't physically sent until Thursday, arriving Friday afternoon. The note to wait to open it was pretty redundant but he enjoyed the items inside and it was a lovely way for me to mark the occassion despite being overseas. I would advise those ordering to make sure you give yourself, the company, and Royal Mail plenty of time to delliver, just in case.”
