“Absolutely fantastic product and quality delivered punctually, only minor issue the colourful packing inside the box had shed onto the headband and socks and was a bit of a pain to clear off, suggest put clothing items in plastic bag, overall though 10/10”

“Nice concept. Items okay. Arrived squished and as if it was packed in the dark, very poor presentation and lack of attractive packaging in the box. This could be a lot. Lot. Better. Disappointed”

“I have done I 3 orders in 2 weeks and each of them have been lovely and I love the hand written messages. I also wrote my email address wrong so I didn’t receive a confirmation and when I contacted they were so helpful and quick. Highly recommend this company definitely have more orders I need to get in. Really cute selections of gifts as well.”

“I've ordered a few Treatboxes for friends and family and everyone has loved them. I love the fact that I can pick out the items I know the recipient would like, and there is so much choice! I've sent to people in their 20's & 30's right through to the latest box, which was for my 90 year old aunt!”

“I ordered the Treatbox as a surprise for Christmas. It came quickly but unfortunately the mug was broken. I contacted Treatbox who arranged for a replacement - which arrived the next day! My daughter was really happy with what was in the box. Such good value for money. She really loved the mug and coaster. Will definitely order again, the customer service alone was 5 stars!!”

“I purchased two treat boxes for my daughters to celebrate the start of the Christmas holidays. A lovely gift and both girls loved the selection of goodies. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming was the hot chocolate sachet in comparison to the can of iced coffee. Lovely earrings, Christmas socks & coasters Love the gingerbread theme xx”
