“I have ordered 3 treat boxes for my friends who all had a bereavement. I wanted to send something just for them and a wee bit different from flowers and was able to handpick all the gifts for them. All three absolutely loved the treat box and just for a moment they were able to have some comfort. It is well worth the money and the delivery was excellent. I will definitely use treat box again for gifts and to let people know I’m thinking of them. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️”

“Hi, the order never arrived. And it was for my sister who was getting over her divorce. As I live abroad. I didn’t bother taking it further. Will not order again.”

Hello there! I am sorry to hear this, I took a look into your order and can see it was delivered on the 1st of April, with tracking number FR064808890GB. We are sorry to hear this didn't reach your Sister, had we known there was a problem we would have been more than happy to investigate this and even replace the box if needed.

“I ordered the limited edition Christmas box. A lovely mug, wax melt burner, pair of socks, Christmas jumper (yeyyy!) and some other little goodies were in it! Jumper great quality, wax melts smell awesome so can’t wait to burn them, and the little wax melt burner is in the shape of a house…so cute!!!!!”

“I'm afraid I was very disappointed. I really liked the concept and order and delivery was super easy and smooth. However, the content of the box and the treats were absolutely disappointing and below expectations. I will not order this again as I don't think it's great value for money.”

“I love using TreatBox for gifts! They have such a lovely selection of goodies to suit all tastes and personalities. I have great fun in building my own box, the online process is easy to use and postage has been very quick too. I've used it 3 times recently, all for friends birthdays and they have all loved unpacking their special treats!”
