“I ordered a TreatBox for a friend's birthday in the UK. I'm just disappointed that I made my order way earlier than her birthday but was assured by the information provided that my order would be delivered closer to the date I asked. Yet they delivered it within a day or two. It arrived a week before her birthday and since it was a surprise, my friend opened it (she even missed the sticker that was supposed to say "Do not open until..."). I spent nearly €60 on this surprise and I'm extremely bummed that they failed their own promise. I don't think I'll ever repeat the experience, even though my friend was extremely pleased with the surprise and its contents. Since she's happy, I'm only taking one star off. Otherwise, I'd give it a two-star rating.”

We take great pride in giving our customers the ability to order well in advance knowing that we will sort the rest! I have looked into your order and can see that it was held back accordingly and dispatched within a good timeframe. That said, it does look like Royal mail delivered the order super efficiently within one working day which meant it arrived a lot sooner than anticipated.
