“I ordered a TreatBox for a friend's birthday in the UK. I'm just disappointed that I made my order way earlier than her birthday but was assured by the information provided that my order would be delivered closer to the date I asked. Yet they delivered it within a day or two. It arrived a week before her birthday and since it was a surprise, my friend opened it (she even missed the sticker that was supposed to say "Do not open until..."). I spent nearly €60 on this surprise and I'm extremely bummed that they failed their own promise. I don't think I'll ever repeat the experience, even though my friend was extremely pleased with the surprise and its contents. Since she's happy, I'm only taking one star off. Otherwise, I'd give it a two-star rating.”

I have looked into your order and can see that it was held back accordingly and dispatched within a good timeframe. That said, it does look like Royal mail delivered the order super efficiently within one working day which meant it arrived a lot sooner than anticipated. “Personally not worth the money. Bought as a gift for Christmas hoping it would be nicely presented (understanding things get knocked about in postage) however it only comes in a packaged box and everything is in a plastic bag with a bit of paper shreddings (abit embarrassing for a pair of socks, a headband, a small rose quartz stone, a face mask and a note book all for £30 including postage) Would not buy from here again as I could probably do a better job myself.”

“Bought as a birthday present for my sister in law and she loved it! A really good idea for when you’re not sure what to get someone- this way they can have lots of little bits and feel truly spoilt!
