“I sent this to my aunt for a little pick-me-up before Christmas and to let her know that she is always in my thoughts as I don't get to see her much and OMG it went down a treat. She was so happy with it (as was I)! She said it made her day. This isn't the first Treatbox I have purchased and everyone that I have sent the recipient has loved them every single time. “Loved my box. Even though I knew everything that was in it, it was still an absolute joy opening it. It was beautifully wrapped. All the little things I picked were gorgeous. I may have to treat myself to one for Christmas.”

“I love Treat Box. This is the second time I've ordered from them. They are a unique, and very pretty gift. I love the personal touch that goes into building these boxes. I ordered 2 "build your own" boxes for Christmas gifts and I was pleasantly surprised to see the gift message I'd I had added to the boxes were actually hand written and not printed. I think this adds to that personal touch. Will definitely be ordering again. Very prompt delivery too. The perfect gift for any occasion.”

“Honestly - really pains me to write this. The product itself was lovely and great quality. However, the lack of attention to detail ruined the whole experience for me. I sent the treatbox to a friend of mine who had recently suffered a bereavement. Whoever wrote the card wrote the wrong name in error - my name is Allie and the card said love "Alice". This is bad enough, but Alice happens to be my late daughters name - which considering the reason for me sending this gift to a friend was to acknowledge her recent loss, it came across really badly and caused unnecessary upset at an already difficult time. I have contacted treatbox and they have apologised, which is appreciated, but it has ruined the experience.”
