“I decided to treat my sister to a treat box and she loves pink/peach type colours so all of the items I chose were purposely colour themed. Unfortunately the coaster that I chose specifically for the colour and words did not arrive as ordered. The one that arrived was blue and the words were not as personal to the reason I was sending the box. Apart from that the box did what it set out to do in cheering up the recipient but I was disappointed at this error, whilst small, took away from the theme I was trying to create.”

“The box arrived to my friend who is going through a tough time. It arrived in good time, and beautifully presented. My friend was so happy, it was such a nice way to show her that she is loved and not alone, and really helped pick her up a bit.”

“What a great find - the value for money is great, I love that you have a set amount of treats and the price doesn’t change depending on what treats you pick. Such a huge range too - perfect for loads of different occasions. My friend absolutely loved this as a birthday present, you can really tailor it!”

“Made an order for a box for my friends birthday. Asked it to be delivered on 5th June but had a notification on 31st May saying it was delivered (almost a week early) so not sure what’s the point of adding a delivery date. The box was cute, well packed and nice items. When my friend sent me a photo, I noticed 2 of the items were different to what I had chosen online. I hadn’t been given a notification to say anything had been subbed. Could have been really good but a shame that more care wasn’t taken.”

We are truly saddened by this and will do everything we can to help. I can confirm that your order did have a do not open date of the 5th of June, and we did dispatch the order on the 30th of May so that it had the full 5 days to arrive. Using our free 48 tracked delivery service is a 3-5 working days delivery which we like to stick to as to not have the orders arrive too late. We would hate for the recipient to receive a late gift! We will also always use our do not open stickers with the date on the TreatBox. I am so sorry to also hear that two of the items were not what you had ordered! I can confirm that we will never just change an item without contacting our customers first, so i'd really appreciate if you could email us at hello@treatboxuk.com where we can get this looked into. We really hope the TreatBox made your friend smile 😊 Thank you so much - TreatBox 💗

“I purchased a gift box for my friend who is currently enduring cancer, I just wanted to let her know we love her and are thinking of her. When the package was delivered she was so overwhelmed by it she loved the shortbread as this is her favourite biscuit and also the amethyst stone. I will be purchasing again in the future! Love it 😍”
