“I am living overseas and wanted to send a personal care package to my stepdaughter to cheer her up and let her know I’m always thinking about her. We lost her Dad, my husband, 18 months ago and every day since has been difficult, more so because her Dad & I moved to the other side of the world and her & her sister were not able to be with him. I was impressed with the choices available and I was able to create a box specifically to match her personality & situation. I was most impressed with the hand written message which makes it all the more personal. I added the metal photo card to the package and it turned out beautifully. The best part was my stepdaughter’s reaction. The website was easy to navigate and delivery time was so quick. I would highly recommend Treatbox and will definitely use them again! Thank you to the Treatbox team for helping me create a box of special memories.”

“I have bought a couple of Treatboxs now and I have loved them all. I bought my sister the birthday advent calendar and she absolutely loved it. I think the birthday advent is a great idea having a different present to open each day. I had a problem with not receiving an order I contact customer services and they had a new treat box sent the next day. The service was excellent and their customer services were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be buying more Treatboxs in the future.”

“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong box after picking items myself I ended up with a hug in a box. However I received no confirmation email to confirm order, which I do usually check. On arrival two items were missing and an item was broken. Really do not think what I got was worth 30 quid. Customer service was horrific to deal with, back and forth with emails, asking for pictures for proof which is awkward in its self as it was a gift for my sister. Would definitely not use again”

That is certainly not what we want and i can assure you that the best was done to look into your issue. Having looked over the situation I can see from the order that you chose our SENDING HUGS READY TO GO BOX, which includes the following - Rose Quartz Heart "Consider this a hug in a biscuit" - Vegan iced biscuit Pink Himalayan and Rose Petal Bath Salts Cocoba Strawberry Pink Chocolate Heart Amour Eyes self-heating eye mask Sending hugs card - We will hand write your special message inside Unfortunately I can confirm that no gift message was placed with your order which is why this was sent blank. There was also no build your own order made, despite intensive checks into this, and this will explain why there was no confirmation email for that. I can also confirm as mentioned in the email replies, the confirmation email was sent for the SENDING HUGS order to the email address that was provided on the order which you confirmed had a spelling mistake. This was then rectified for you and the email re-sent to the email address required. Everything that goes into TreatBox takes a lot of time, love and care, to ensure the best experience possible for our customers. I can assure you that nothing leaves us damaged, and we follow a strict process and never want our customers to receive damaged items.   As you can imagine, when these are in the hands of the delivery service, we have to hope that they also treat the products with care.   I completely understand your frustration and I cannot apologise enough for the experience you have had. I am happy to see that a replacement of the broken chocolate was also sent out for you the same day. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and I am truly sorry that you feel that wasn't demonstrated to you. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we understand how frustrated you must be. My deepest apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you. Thank you - TreatBox 💗

“I ordered a box to be delivered for a friend's birthday. There were so many options to choose from which is great as it means you are definitely likely to find something. And also the box was delivered right on time and my friend was delighted with her pressies”

“I ordered a Treat Box for the very first time as a gift for a friend's birthday. They are such a delightful company ... I felt as if they were my friends right from the start and that I was the most important person to them. The choice of gifts is outstanding and I would never have found most of the items I chose for my friend's box anywhere. They kept me informed of the progress of my order, which was delivered in plenty of time for her birthday. Needless to say she was overjoyed with her gift.”

“Hi there reference to my recent order I requested that the chocolate truffles be removed and white truffles be put in instead or something else but as the present was unwrapped and items started to be revealed the chocolate truffles were kept in the rest of the box was perfect and I’m happy it’s just disappointing about the truffles and was wondering what can be done to rectify this mistake thanks”

“Really wasn’t happy with my mums gift. She loved the socks. The writing on the biscuit wasn’t the same as in picture. The other 5 pieces weren’t of any significance. I have to say I’m very disappointed! My daughter-in-law got me a box from you after my op & it was such a wonderful gift. Sorry but I’m not happy.”

“I bought this for my sister to have after having surgery. I chose the option to create my own box and was pleasantly surprised at the wide range of good quality items to pick from. Thankfully it was very easy to do! It arrived so quickly despite my sister living in the North of Scotland. She was thrilled when she arrived home to this. Huge thanks to the team.
