“So happy I found TreatBox. It takes the stress out of coming up with new and inventive gift ideas. The box arrived really quickly in perfect condition neatly wrapped which I was so happy about. My friend honestly cried when she opened it, she loved every single thing in the box and was so thrilled, she even admitted the cookie was too cute to eat (although she will give it a good go)! I had a really great experience ordering my first Treatbox and look forward to using the website again soon!”

“Purchased for my daughter’s 30th birthday and was blown away by the quality and VFM. She loved all the gifts (I chose 10). There was a fab choice so you can really personalise the box. I would thoroughly recommend and will be using you again”

“Really easy website, lots of nice items, although not much variation, just different colours of the same things. Easy to pick the contents. This was a gift for a friend so I haven't seen the items received. My parcel was posted overseas and although there was a notice online saying customs were not included, I wasn't too worried as I send overseas all the time and have never been charged extra. However on this occasion, an extra £22.16 was charged to get the item delivered once it reach the country of origin which is excessive and meant that the gift was twice the price it should have been. I won't use Treatbox again due to these charges but for anyone sticking to UK delivery it would be ok. Maybe TReatbox could update their T&Cs to say that customs charges will be required and that they are excessively high, leaving no room for doubt.”

“This box has brought a lot of joy to my mum after a very difficult week with a death in the family, the box was supposed to be for her birthday in July, however I decided to give it to her early, she was so happy with all of her pamper gifts and I would recommend Treatbox to anyone that is looking for such wonderful items.”

“absolutely loved my order experience from treatbox!! so many gifts to choose from and all the lovely packaging really adds an extra sense of thought - my mum really loved her birthday box!! i asked if they could leave my additional birthday blank for my own message and they left it outside the box for me which was great - super speedy delivery and all the handwriting was super nice, thankyou so much!!”

“Placing the order and choosing the box was fantastic, with so many wonderful choices of products. Sadly Royal Mail didn’t deliver the product, they sent all the updates but then sent a picture as proof of evidence of another parcel. After a week I still have not located the box? So the recipient never got it in the end.”

“What a wonderful business this is! You can create gorgeous bespoke hampers for your loved ones without a huge price tag attached to them.
