“No pipe that goes into the tap going to have to chop a large piece of the hose so it can be connected, defeats the object of buying a large hosepipe”

“Placed my order late on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Saturday morning using the free delivery. Price was the best I could find anywhere online. If I need anything else, I won't hesitate to use ToolStore UK.”

“Happy with the product, price good and dispatch prompt but I paid extra ( not much admittedly) for next day delivery, but the DPD stepped in- DPD delivery is usually appalling we live in north Wales but in a town an hour from Liverpool, not up a mountain but they made a mountain out of the delivery. "Out for delivery with an estimated time", we were in the front garden when I got a driver has missed you message, basically they lied and pretended we weren't in and the parcel returned to depot. Day 2 " out for delivery with an approximate time" then after it didn't turn up, a message confirming it hadn't turned up. Day three " out for delivery & time message then nothing. Day 4 further message and actual delivery. Don't know if it's DPD or just the Kinmel bay depot but they are appalling, the drivers are all friendly and I'm sure work hard for little money but the company- 1/5 is generous.”
