“From order to delivery, less than 24 hours👍 I made a clerical error when setting up account. I emailed my mistake and Mia sorted it out for me within 10 minutes, fantastic response. Item bought fitted all expectations works well. Better than I hoped.”

“No problem with the product, but delivery was abysmal. When ordering, it stated delivery was in 2 days, which I could accept by changing an appointment from day 2 to day 1. Without any communication the package delivery came on day 1 when I was at the appointment. So it was left at a shop half a mile away that was not even on a bus route. I'm a 94 year old widower now without a car. So collecting such a large box on foot put me in a very difficult situation. Delivery within 24 hours is considered a triumph, but a total lack of communication or consultation with customers is very much NOT a triumph. Transactions are now all about speed. Customers personal requirements are neglected. I will order nothing from ToolStore again because of their delivery service.”

“Stihl GTA26 full kit cheaper for same price other stores are charging for bare unit - i.e. a full 20% off Stihl’s RRP. Despatched same day and delivered quickly and in perfect condition. What is there not to like? Am a very happy bunny and will happily buy from here again.”

“The tools that I bought from toolstore wigan were well priced and well packaged with no damage on arrival? Also a shout out to the delivery guy for his politeness? From ringing up to make sure of availability the lovely lady I spoke to confirmed the products, I ordered on line and everything turned up the next day! Will definitely buy from them again.
