“First class service, and real people available on the phone right away…. I accidentally placed an order with the wrong delivery address but a quick and instantly answered phone call (followed by a very quick email exchange to verify my change of address) solved the problem and the strimmer arrived bang on time the next day. A company offering the best price AND being so easily contactable is a rare thing. Thank you. Now it’s on with the garden clearing…”
