“I have no issue with the product or the speed the order was processed and delivered. My minor criticism, the torch in its packaging had clearly been kept on a shelf for some time as it had accumulated a thin film of grime - it would have been nice if this had been removed prior to dispatch.”

In terms of the issue you have referred to in this review, unfortunately I can't see that this was ever reported to our customer services team, and we would always endeavour to look into issues such as this asap once they have been reported to us.
