“Fantastic service - I bought the DeWalt DCH133, but then found the DCH263 with extra features so ordered that for comparison. I returned the 133 and kept the 263; the return process was easy - preprinted returns label emailed to me promptly, posted at a local collection point (free postage on the return was a welcome surprise), the courier emailed me when it was collected and delivered, and Toolstore promptly refunded the next morning. An excellent experience - prompt communication through out. Thank you Toolstore!”

“Ordering on the website and the tools are spot on. DPD we’re a nightmare with delivery, bringing the 3 items separately after three days of cancelled deliveries. Obviously not your guys fault with deliver, but thanks guys 👍🏼”

Dear Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we do read all comments and try to take any feedback on board where we can. Having checked the details of this delivery, we can see that you ordered 3 items from us which although were dispatched together, DPD did indeed deliver them separately. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, the goods appear to have been separated at the depot when being sorted (this occasionally happens with parcels of different sizes). We would have still expected them to arrive on the same day, even if they arrived with different drivers, but this is outside of out control regrettably. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this review, we appreciate your comments.

“Very quick processing of my order it would have been delivered on Wednesday 12th April, but abysmal delivery by DPD meant it arrived Friday 14th very poor service. Waited in for 3 days rubbish service!”

Having checked the tracking from your delivery, it would appear that the local DPD depot was experiencing some issues with this particular route which unfortunately led to a delay with your parcel. Regrettably this is outside of our control as all delivery times are estimated, but we can understand your frustrations with this. We usually advise customers that the parcel is only confirmed to be with the driver once they receive their 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but thank you for choosing ToolStoreUK and we hope that this doesn't deter you from ordering from us again in the future.
