“Great Product arrived OK but at £350 and no batteries I was surprised.”

We try to make the descriptions on our website as accurate and transparent as possible so that our customers can make an informed decision before they choose to place an order with us. We have double checked on the product you ordered, and unfortunately it is not supplied with batteries, but we do list this in the product specification. “I couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere else It arrived in less then 24 hours And is significantly better then my previous drill that was substantially more expensive 5 years ago I will definitely check here before buying anything else in the future”

“Needed a new drill. Phoned them up, staff very friendly and helpful. Had to order online, very easy. Free p&p over £55, drill cost £54.45 so order cheap drill £0.95 free p&p save£5.99. Only thing was DPD delivery, said they be here between 1530-1630hrs but no-one came. Had a txt saying no-one was at home so drop it off at local post office, OK its only 11/2 miles down the road, no hardship but could of said that before save hanging around for it. Not the first time DPD done that.”
