“Tool store uk, are excellent, I ordered my still leaf blower,at 355pm and had it the next day at 11am, plus it was cheaper then anywhere else, so happy with it . Will be buying at Toolstore agian 10 out of 10👍”

“Ordered my item at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, it arrived at 11.30 am the next morning. Very well packaged with all relevant documents inside. Fantastic service, will return to Toolstore next time I need anything.”

“Items ordered competitively priced and delivered on time however DPD delivered to the wrong address and left my parcel outside in the rain ( not Toolstore fault ) I was extremely impressed by Toolstore who helped me locate my parcel and apologised on behalf of DPD. It’s important to be able to speak to someone when there’s a problem and Toolstore couldn’t have done more. Well done Toolstore and I will certainly purchase from you again. Not very impressed with DPD.”

“What I wanted, and on time with good tracking. Spoiled a bit by price of shipping. Couldn't something 6 by 1/4 inch be popped in an envelope instead of using a courier? It nearly put me off. Thanks anyway.”

This is a tracked delivery service, with most customers receiving next working day service. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on DPD's charges for delivering to the customers chosen address.
