“Tool Store had the best price I could find online for a DeWalt combi drill power stack set. It was delivered the next day, but due to an error with DPD it went missing and Tool Store were so helpful that they carried out and investigation and within 48 hours they had sent me a replacement Drill, I will definitely recommend them for any of your power tool needs and will most definitely be purchasing my power tools from them in the near future.”

“Toolstore were great fair play but DPD delivery failed to find my house twice and it's not the only time i've had trouble with these. The following day a different driver came and found it no problem.”

“Only thing I would like to see improved is a more accurate delivery date I was given before Dec 5th and the turned up on Nov 29th which was great but not expected. I am sure people go elsewhere when long lead times are given i know I have.”
