“I liked the speed of dispatch and the packaging. My choice of tea (green tea with lemon and ginger) was as good as ever. I wasn't so fond of the Earl Grey Special, it wasn't like the Earl Grey with Jasmine that I'm used to.”
“Love the selection of teas. Also the fact that the company is always very efficient and deliveries are quick.
However I've knocked a star off because the only self filling tea bags you stock contain plastic and cannot be composted. I would never buy ready filled tea bags that contain plastic- it's so unnecessary when they can be made biodegradable. It's a nuisance to me having placed a big tea order to then have to source eco friendly bags elsewhere.

“Hi, I like your Service and Delivery speed.. I bought about 5 different types of organic green Tea. Tea leaves looks Nice and Genuine. The Price is high but the taste and smell of the organic Tea are very weak to be honest. Color of the Tea is very bright as well. When I buy Organic things they smell and taste strong and rich. I cannot say that about your Organic Green Tea products. I prepare Tea regarding your advices on the leaflet send together with the order, also I look online how to prepare proper green tea and follow whole steps.”
