“Ok the tea is great! but the packaging it came in was frustrating. I understand the brown bags. But I found it annoying that the tea label was the "tape" keeping the bag closed so in order to open the bag, you had to rip the label with all of the information about the tea. If I can recommend something. Write the name of the tea on the bag and put the label sticker inside. That way, when we decant it, as instructed, we still have all of the information like ingredients and steep time. Then use a small piece of tape.”
