“The teas arrived quickly and seem to be good quality. However the fact that they all arrived in paper bags unsuitable for storage is a pain. If the point is to cut back on plastic, all it does is relocate the problem to the household level. After researching complex online instructions about tea storage, I ended up having to buy a bunch of single-use plastic bags to store the tea. I'll afterwards be throwing these away. So the result is the same amount of plastic plus extra worries about storing the tea poorly and damaging its quality. There has to be a better solution.”
