“Unfortunatly we have sent the tea pot back. On the 5th use, while pouring the tea out. the glass lid fell off and broke. The lid sits very loose on the tea pot and was a disaster waiting to happen. It was posted on Saturday and you should receive it in the next couple of days.
On a more positve note, I thought the Jasmine Tea had a nice tast.

“I am sorry to write this but I have emailed twice for an answer to an important question but have had no reply. I bought de -caffeinated green tea leaves and after pouring the colour was brown/gold not green I wanted to know if this is correct or did I have the wrong product. No answer has been received.
If I can have an answer to this and it is satisfactory then of course I will change my review. I phoned and left a message but nobody has replied.”
“The postal workers' strike had been forecast for some time. Why didn't you anticipate the problem this would cause for our scheduled delivery? On 9 December you acknowledged our subscription order; on 12 December, you emailed that it had been shipped. The strike dates were announced for 9, 11, 14 and 15 December. As of this evening, 19 December, we still have not received our tea. Surely, you could have used a bit of nouse and brought forward the shipping date for our bimonthly order to avoid the strike? We're very disappointed.”
“I have placed an order from 6th of December, and the Only confirmation email is that I have paid and the order number, nothing more than that. I'm disappointed because even if I have tried 2 times to contact the support team and I have received No answer. At the same I receive email to leave a review about the Teas that I ordered, but unfortunately I have never received the order and not even delivery process confirmation, it feels like my order has been ignored after I paid! Not a professional way for London.”
“I'm so sorry, but I wanted Milky Oolong tea and got it - just green tea leaves. It is really far from Milky Oolong, with neither smell, flavour, neither taste.
Indeed, it is not fair to treat your customers that way.”
