“Ordered a caddy to store tea, delivery was quick and item well packaged, however unfortunately the caddy is difficult to open, the lid is very tight compared to others I have bought in the past and unfortunately my mother who I purchased it for is unable to use it.”
“I have ordered lemon balm tea for three times. I am not sure what happened with the last batch that I received the tase is different than normal lemon balm that I always drink.”

“This is the first time ordering Mullien from this company as my usual supplier was out of stock. I am giving 2 stars because the delivery was fast. However, I am shocked at the poor quality of the tea supplied. there is so much dust in it that when I transferred it from the brown bag it was sent in it looked like smoke coming from the bag. Also, the number of large pieces of stalks that were mixed in with the tea was more than 5 centimetres long and couldn't even fit in my infuser! Very disappointed with the quality of this tea sadly.”
“I do not normally write reviews BUT on this occasion I think it is necessary. We normally use Yorkshire leaf tea but are finding a lot of dust, which is why we recently bought from you English Breakfast #34 and English Breakfast St James.
We find BOTH lacking in flavour, have doubled the usage, reduced the milk but have, unexpectedly, returned to the much cheaper Yorkshire tea.
Not a good experience. What a great shame, we had greater expectations of you.”
“My order never arrived, although apparently shipped to me and charged on my bank account ( order paid 21/02/22, I still waiting for the order on the 01/03/22. When I contacted the company the are proceeding to send me a new order and then I have to print , post and send the older one to them if eventually received.What I mean, I little bit too much work. Tracking them, keeping an eye on emails, contacting them when I feel this should be done by the company. This is my first experience . I hope the company respond better some another time or in the future.”
