“Excellent range of teas to meet all tastes, I would have thought ! Excellent delivery arrangements and competitive prices - may only 'gripe' is that I would have preferred bages of 125gr - they fill the tea caddies better !!!”
“Fabulous tea. No fannings. Well packaged and speedy delivery. Great selection. Did make an enquiry that wasn’t responded to but otherwise I’m a very satisfied customer.”
“Very speedy 1st delivery. Choose 2 samples and a greater weight for 3 rd tea that I have already tasted .
I have sampled the Japanese tea and delighted . Coaxed husband and daughter , very complimentary , might be able to persuade both to widen their tea choice .”
“1st time I have ordered from this company following to closure of my usual loose tea provider.
I usually have Nepal green tea but know I like the Gunpowder green tea supplied.
Ordering simple, delivery smooth and fast.
My tea used to arrive in a resealable airtight bag. I will need to use yhis for my irder as it arrives in a simple paper bag.”
“I am a customer since 2020 and I am very happy with the products and service. I was looking for organic bulk teas delivered without plastic packaging and I found what I was looking for! Thank you”
“Good quality tea and excellent range at very reasonable prices. I found you online when trying to find an alternative when my local supplier ceased trading.
My only comment stopping a five-star rating is regarding the paper bags the tea came in. I am big on using sustainable packaging without plastic, but found the paper bags a bit too flimsy and not resealable, meaning you do need to transfer the tea to a new container.”
“Lovely high quality products. I’ve ordered a few packets of tea over the last few years, including a number of specialty ones. The rooibos hot chocolate and amaretto prickly pear rooibos are my favourites so far. Products have always arrived promptly in no nonsense plastic free packaging with no issue. I always look forward to receiving my packets of tea! Main reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the lack of transparency with their product supply chains and any ethical/sustainable/fair trade certifications for the products they source. I know this can be hard as the tea industry as a whole is far behind the coffee and cocoa industry in this regard and needs to catch up.”
