Just one point though, is there a better, more efficient way of keeping leaves fresh whilst in transit? Foil comes to mind, but maybe foil is not environment friendly??”

Took longer to arrive, and also more in postage than I would have liked, but I DON'T do Amazon, and was willing to wait and pay the extra.
I was not disappointed. In fact, I was pleased and relieved when it arrived when expected.
I also had the option of tracking the delivery as it progressed.

A small gripe (like many others) is the pricing before free shipping kicks in. My usual order is pennies short of the £35 threshold. Check out the Kano model ... an opportunity to delight customers.”
“I switched to buying from The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company because they have an acceptable range of organic teas. (Apparently, tea is the top polluter of people because it contains the highest concentration of pesticides out of all the foods and drinks we consume.). No issues and good tea. Only complaint is the packaging: 1) It's not air tight. 2) You can't use the labels to stick on your storage jars because it is so difficult to remove them intact. 3) The stuck-together thing paper bag construction causes spillage of tea as you try to get it from the bag into your jar.”
“Purchased the Fit & Fruit loose leaf tea and it's delicious and makes your insides smile. Postage and packaging makes it quite expensive for buying a small 100g bag so probably better off buying a few at a time.”

“I found this company a couple of years ago and I have been using them since! Their teas are the perfect balance of quality and price and imo they have the best teas for daily brews!
Normally I order their black teas because it's robust, has a good amount of flavour and a lot better than the store brought tea bags and loose teas.
Green teas on the other hand are very good, the tastes are balanced and taste as they should be, even though the green teas aren't excellent they are perfect for day-to-day drinking!
Overall, I have definitely recommend these guys to few people and their sample packs are a good size to get the most out of the teas.”
