I switched to buying from The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company because they have an acceptable range of organic teas. (Apparently, tea is the top polluter of people because it contains the highest concentration of pesticides out of all the foods and drinks we consume.). No issues and good tea. Only complaint is the packaging: 1) It's not air tight. 2) You can't use the labels to stick on your storage jars because it is so difficult to remove them intact. 3) The stuck-together thing paper bag construction causes spillage of tea as you try to get it from the bag into your jar.
