“Working with The Mortgage Company - in particular Tim and Tara - has been enormously helpful as we apply for a mortgage. Both have been available at the drop of a hat and their advice has been invaluable. We’d definitely return in the future.”

“I have been discussing mortgage options with Martin for a few years and he has always been extremely helpful, offering free advice with my needs always at the forefront of the decision. This year Martin has managed to secure a second mortgage for me within a couple of weeks (exceptional in the current climate). Tara has been there to ensure everything is followed up and all lose ends are dealt with quickly. These guys a super professional and I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I dealt with Tom at the Stapleford branch and I have to say he was amazing. With my husband being self employed we always knew it would be difficult for us to get a bigger mortgage but Tom sorted it out like it was no problem at all. Would highly recommend him and The Mortgage Company to anyone, especially if you have specialist needs,.”

“The Mortgage Company have been really helpful in securing my partner and I a mortgage. Due to my partner’s poor credit, high street banks were not options for us. Matt at The Mortgage Company worked hard to find us a good mortgage and kept in frequent contact with us. Once the mortgage was secured, Beth kept us up to date with the progress of our application. Would recommend the company to anyone seeking mortgage advice.”

“I have had my policy set up with The Mortgage Company for 3 years now and I haven’t had any complaints during that time. The customer service I have received from Ellie has been second to none. From her setting my policy up, she has shown great product knowledge and always strives to ensure I am getting the best price for the level of cover I require each year. Ellie has always been extremely professional, polite and friendly.”

“Steve and his Team were very helpful finding me my first mortgage. The service I received was top quality - Steve would always answer my calls whatever the time to help with my query. I've received further advice on mortgages (separate to my current mortgage) which was going above and beyond! I would highly recommend for anyone needing some additional help/tackling this for the first time! Thank you very much!”

“Tim was my first point of call at TMC. Being first time buyers me and my fiancé didn’t know what we were doing at all. Tim went through everything with us, gave us a breakdown of what we could do and even gave us his personal advice to help us make a decision. Then once we finally made an offer on a house our case was moved over to Tara who, just like Tim, was there for us if we had any questions no matter how daft they were! The guys at TMC were amazing and really helpful. I will be recommending them to my friends and using them again in the future!”

“So far, no issues! I have had involvement from Steve, Ellie and Bethany who have all offered sufficient support and expertise. Very pleased with our mortgage application. As well as life insurance. Left to sort is the buildings and contents which I assume will go just as efficiently. The team have been very helpful, approachable and knowledgable.”

“I can’t recommend The Mortgage Company enough, Martin and Tara were both brilliant in how they handled my enquiries from start to finish. The service was excellent - both friendly and efficient throughout what can often be a stressful time. They helped me to secure a mortgage when I was told from other companies it wasn’t possible. I have recommended them to several of my friends who are also trying to get onto the property ladder, and they tell me they are having the same experience as I had. Great service all round, I wouldn’t use anyone else.”
