“Very professional and helpful, we were porting a mortgage and by using the mortgage company it made the transition very smooth and easy. The only negative and it is a small one as we were in a unique situation to be buying a property undergoing an extention, was as we were waiting for the building regs sign off on the extention, we were under the impression from the solicitor we could complete the following week after receiving the sign off. However (and this was mainly down to the surveyor delaying the valuation), completion was put back another week. I would have appreciated the mortgage company telling me straight that after receiving the sign off it would be at least 2 weeks before the mortgage offer came through, when I told the mortgage company the suggested date the response was that it would be tight not impossible. All that being said they understood our urgency to complete and helped speed through the Mortgage offer despite the delays. I will be using them again and I would recommend.”

“Me and my partner received fantastic service from The Mortgage Company. Steve was very friendly and clear on the advice and information he gave us, and carried out extensive research into getting us the best Mortgage offer possible. He was always easy to get hold of and very quick to get back to us if ever we had any queries or concerns. Would definitely reccomend his services.”

“I used The Mortgage Company as my broker when applying for a mortgage for my first home. As a first time buyer, Tom and Tara were incredibly helpful and understanding when discussing the minutiae of the mortgage options and patient in respect to my unfamiliarity with the application process. “Fantastic business! - They take the worry away from me on my home and contents and life insurance renewals each year, all whilst being super super helpful! “We were really grateful to Steve for his hard work finding us the best mortgage and life insurance to suit our purposes. After our sale fell through several times. he had to start a fresh for us, he never complained and was always prompt and answered any questions. Bethany also was very supportive and responded to our queries promptly and efficiently. A really good service.”
