“Matt and Bethany were absolute stars! For two anxious first time buyers (or one anxious first time buyer and one happy to delegate) we were very happy with their thoroughness in explaining the process, answering our queries and speed of reply. We were comfortable with the decisions we made and clearly understood the mortgage we were offered. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a broker!”

“We have used the mortgage company twice now, once when we first bought our house and secondly for remortgaging, both times the staff were extremely helpful to us and made the process go smoothly. As this is our first house it has all been new to us and they were able to explain and advise brilliantly to our understanding. Special thanks to Tom and Tara at the mortgage company!”

“Martin & Tara are both diligent professionals and more importantly for someone busy like myself, well on the ball when it comes to renewal reminders. “The Mortgage Company have been incredible from the very start of our mortgage application process - Tom Appleyard specifically has been the most courteous, professional and considerate help to us every step of the way - his expertise has made our mortgage ‘journey’ a pleasant one, even with the peaks and troughs that house hunting/buying can bring, he has been seamless in his efforts to get us all of the information and assistance we’ve needed. We couldn’t recommend him enough! We have also dealt with Tara who again, has been so informative and willing to help wherever possible. Thank you both so much for all of your commitment and professionalism!”

“I was referred to the mortgage company by my estate agent and althoguh I was skeptical about using a broker it was the best choice I could have made. Martin was always availible and helpful in talking me through my needs and options and was able to provide me with details that I would never have found myself. As well as this the rest of the staff have always been on hand and kept me updated throughout the process making the whole process stress free.”
