“Both Jane and James were exceptionally helpful, professional and understanding throughout the experience. As a first time buyer and doing this on my own, it can be quite daunting to know how or where to start when applying for a mortgage. I appreciate Jane and James so much with the guidance and assistance they gave to me from the start. They made the process very smooth and stress free which helped me to just enjoy the application process as it happened.”
