“Very quick and not scary at all !!!....I last moved house in 1988....we only needed a small mortgage but we found it an easy process”

“The Mortgage Company was really helpful with the purchase of our house. The whole process was new to us, and they guided us at every stage of the way from suggesting the type of mortgage best suited to us, to sourcing the most competitive offers, recommending insurance companies for life insurance and building/contents. We were not pushed into buying any product, but helped with the pros and cons of different options. Once we'd chosen the mortgage, Martin sorted everything out for us, and we are now the proud owners of our new property.”

“We used the mortgage company on recommendation of our friends who also used them. Overall we had a great experience. James was really informative and really took us through the process and was still in contact with us when resubmitting for a lower mortgage rate when the rates went down. The only reason we’ve not given four stars is because we had some paperwork come back from the bank when we applied for the mortgage that we hadn’t filled out correctly which meant it took a little longer for the mortgage to get approved. I assumed going through a company they would give us abit of guidance and check all the documents we were sending them before sending to the bank but this obviously didn’t happen and I did query this but was told they didn’t. Just felt like for the price we were paying for this service they would. But saying this we did a good overall experience with this company”
