“Sorry to rate so low when the product was great. I ordered two wall lights, one turned out to be faulty (ceramic was warped out of shape). Left a message, no response, tried again and was asked to send photos, which I did. Silence for a week, after which I gave up and ordered a replacement from another website. And then a replacement suddenly arrived from the Lighting Centre, so I now have a spare! I'm grateful that they replaced it without quibble but I'm afraid their communication was poor. The website is frustrating - make one mistake with your password and you get locked out for an unspecified amount of time so I couldn't easily get to my order. A shame as they have good stuff on offer.”

Unfortunately one of the lights was damaged. After advising on damage goods, I received an email the same day & replacement delivered in less than a week.

“Received wrong sort of bulbs ordered and one of the was damaged.
They had advertised spiral eco bulbs which were similar to 14 to 15 i have so thought of ordering similar ones seen on their website.
Not a good service and was wasted bulbs”
“The lights are perfect and working well. Delivery time was not received within 3-4 days and I was unable to contact the firm.(I was first in the telephone queue, but then told all operators were busy! Only when I had ordered a similar item from another firm did I get a message to say that my original order was being dispatched! It arrived 4 days later!”
“I've rated 4 stars as delivery was fast and packaging was almost too good. But it's what one would expect where fragile freight is concerned so well pleased with that.
The bulbs fitted the fixture as intended so I'm very pleased I didn't have to return them.
They produce a more daylight spectrum which is as it says on the tin so that's good however slightly disappointed on the brightness, though this may not be completely down to the bulbs themselves?
My landlord has been known to take some shortcuts on the electrics in the property and the light fixture could probably do with an upgrade.
However I'm well pleased that you even stock florescent bulbs at all.
LED bulbs affect me badly and are not good for my health due to photo sensitivity and headaches, which is why i ordered these. I hope the performance and longevity of these bulbs is good? Time will tell?
Please keep stocking them as you have one happy loyal customer who in a few years time may need replacements for all of these?”
“I have to admit i was a bit nervous with this as failry chunky order (some of the reviews on trust pilot weren't great) went with it and turned out no issues .. order came on time via FEDEX .. had to contact livechat for delivery and got short but good responses.”
“Good switches , good customer service. Just was expecting metal frames and covers.. not shore how long going to last plastik painted top covers.. for this prise I better shoose metal option..
