“Its been a while since I ordered from you but have always been completly satisfied with all the lighting I have purchased, we have had ceiling lights for lounge, dining room and bedroom and wall lights to match in the bedroom. I have just needed to replace one of the wall lights and was delighted to see they were still available since they are so pretty, thank you for an excellent delivery and website which is easy to navigate even at my age.”
“I have recently been pleased with my purchases from here and the quality though I can't say I am 100% happy with the service.
One of the items came damaged and I emailed about it and messaged them on Facebook and didn't get a reply. I ended up waiting 4 days and messaging again and got given an email address to send pictures to, I never got a reply but got surprised by a replacement through the post within a week.
Overall I would definitely order them from again but the last of communication leaves a little to be desired.”

“Poor service, I paid 10 pounds for next working day delivery, it was a day late, contacted customer service to see when it would be despatched because I hadn’t even been told they had sent it , no response nearly 2 days asked for my next working day delivery charge to be refunded, blanked item arrived it’s the wrong color, no about to try attempt a return wish me luck”
It seems there might be a misunderstanding regarding the color. Our product listing specifically states that this shade is designed for the MIR0655 model. If you don't have this particular fitting at your home, it could explain why the color appears incorrect.
