“I have not installed the lights yet so I can't review their quality, however using EVRA to carry out your delivery is poor, they did not deliver the lights on the day they said and in fact they were delivered 3 days later. Which is why with the Christmas break I still have not installed those lights.”
“I ordered then read the reviews and was concerned my order would never turn up as stated by many other customers. To my relief my order turned upmore or less on time, so all good! No not really as the light I ordered was cheap, smaller then anticipated and just not worth half of the money I paid for it. It stated in the description it was a touch lamp with three different levels on, high and low if bought with a suitable dimmable bulb, which I also purchased but unfortunately it just turns on/off by touch no high or low lighting. I sent a email as the web chat was never available but obvisously II never received a reply. BEWARE of this if you have a problem.”

Delivery time was not received within 3-4 days and I was unable to contact the firm.(I was first in the telephone queue, but then told all operators were busy! Only when I had ordered a similar item from another firm did I get a message to say that my original order was being dispatched! It arrived 4 days later!”
“I ordered 3 candle bulbs, they arrived on time. one of the bulbs was smashed to bits but the other 2 was okay. The packaging was NOT| marked fragile and was wrapped with one layer of bubble wrap. A small outer box rather than a jiffy type packet would have help.”
“The bulbs arrived in good condition and work fine. We were seriously overcharged for post and packing though, and if I had looked on-line a bit further I'd have got a much better deal. When we need more of these, we will look for a much lower p&p price either from this vendor or elsewhere. I have since found a source that charges a much more reasonable price.”

“Pleased with the lampshades they are lovely.Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size as they looked bigger on the photos which is my fault.I did ring up and asked if we could return for the next size up and as we had taken the cellophane off was told no.I asked if we could put the cellophane back on and I am still waiting for the reply.As it is a lighting centre I would have thought that the cellophane wouldn't have been a big issue.I take full responsibility for ordering the wrong size but I think customer service is not the best.A reply would be nice as there products are very good Mr Turner midlands.”
“I ordered 2 bed side lights. Only one is working, We have sent one back and it has been a very drawn out process getting a replacement. The light that works is good quality and looks great but I have had yet to receive my replacement.”
