“Received the light but did it did not go with my design scheme. The process to return was a NIGHTMARE but I jumped through ALL the hoops. Still waiting for a refund or at least acknowledgement of my returned light. Still waiting after 3 WEEKS!”

Following a chaser I had a reply but not to further enquiries. In short post sale back up poor at best”
“Sorry to rate so low when the product was great. I ordered two wall lights, one turned out to be faulty (ceramic was warped out of shape). Left a message, no response, tried again and was asked to send photos, which I did. Silence for a week, after which I gave up and ordered a replacement from another website. And then a replacement suddenly arrived from the Lighting Centre, so I now have a spare! I'm grateful that they replaced it without quibble but I'm afraid their communication was poor. The website is frustrating - make one mistake with your password and you get locked out for an unspecified amount of time so I couldn't easily get to my order. A shame as they have good stuff on offer.”
“My pack of 10 light bulbs arrived with one broken. I rang the company next day and was told to email with a photo which I did the same day. No acknowledgement for 7 days, so I rang and was told a replacement would be sent. No delivery for 9 days, so I rang again, same promise. No delivery for 18 days, so,guessing they had no interest in replacing the broken bulb, I rang and suggested a refund for it to my credit card.
I would be unlikely to use this company again, as customer care is obviously not a priority.”

“Lamp was red for about first 3 hours of use and then it gave off orange light. After about total use of no more than 12 hours it’s a yellow orange. Given the price am disappointed. The only good thing is that it’s still working.”
“Second order from this company. First was fine hence why I have given more than one star - this order was significantly delayed without contact from the seller. 2 emails were not answered, eventually got response through their websites chat facility. At which point I was given a tracking number which hadn’t even entered the couriers system at that point (I.e they must have forgotten to send it). No apology or compensation for the delay. Product itself looks in good order, have not installed yet.”
“Poor customer service - they rarely answer the phone, never reply to voicemails or emails, and don't return calls as promised.
It took very many calls to obtain a late refund for a luminaire that never arrived (and which was inexplicitly slightly less than the amount paid). Very poor.”
Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your input, but I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding the discrepancy in the order value. I kindly request you to review the order value and compare it to the amount you received. Upon careful examination, you will observe that they are indeed the same. Therefore, I'm uncertain as to why you are claiming that it is less.
“I had to return this Mother and Child Floor Lamp because it was of really poor quality and impossible to insert the two bulbs. Very disappointed that they have not acknowledged my email indicating the details of the return.”
“Our order of 27th Feb did not arrive in 2-3 days as stated in your advertising, on the 9th March I contacted your-selves via the chat line on the web-site. I can only assume that it had been over looked as after 5mins the order was available for delivery and arrived on the 13th.
One of the lights did not have the mounting bracket fitted and again I contacted your-selves via the web-site and was told that you would contact the supplier and have a bracket posted to me, as of today 22-03-23 it has not arrived”
“When I placed my order I was informed that I would receive it in 2 to 3 working days, I think in the end it took about 2 weeks. I tried to phone the company without any luck. I have now received my order and I am pleased with my lamp. The delivery company and their tracking system was perfect. Mrs G.”
