EXTREMLY POOR. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM. 1 STAR IS TOO GENEROUS. I placed an order for a light on the 20th December for £145. I was sent the incorrect light, i raised a ticket uploaded all the info. They had sent me an invoice for another client with all of his personal info on it such as address etc and my info to him. I have literally messaged many times each day, e-mailed, tried to call the NON existing customer services number. Hrs on the chat to get it sorted. FINALLY they ask me to leave the incorrect light out to be collected ( 3 days in a row they say it will be picked up and its not until day 3) then they say they will send me the correct light i had actually paid for which was more expensive. THEN 3 days later the wrong light gets delivered back to me. I have messaged over and over, asked for some one to call. I NEED AN URGENT CREDIT ISSUED FOR ORDER. #3000025282 before i contiue with further action.

After ordering my bulbs on 23 Nov - we’re now at 13 January, I’ve still not received them. I’ve called (phone doesn’t take messages) and emailed twice, to no response. I’ve lost my money. Have they gone bust but didn’t tell anyone. I would love to hear and no I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed, I have been waiting for a refund since returning my light on the 22/12/2025 Ref SINV 242825. ORDER REF 000024999. Can you please let me know when I can expect to see my refund. Tony Walding.

Worst customer service, never turned up and neither did anyone resolve this. I have been back and forth too many times and had to give up

This came in a packaged shaped as the collapsed product box inside the white bolts to fix the top to the body where missing i have twice communicated by the only method avaiable and asked for the matter to be addressed through your bot but promises to do something if a human was even involved! I would recomend not buying from this company and if I could leave less stars above I would.

The lights came with European plugs. I have tried to connect the company by phone, web-chat, contact form and email. Unfortunately I have not received a response. I would not recommend and would not use again due to extremely poor customer service.

The product was despatched reasonably quickly and arrived after a week or so. Unfortunately, when plugged in it failed to work. I shall be seeking a replacement.

Product arrived late and damaged. Glass was completely shattered due to poor quality packaging. I have emailed the company directly and received no response. Very poor service

I have not received the goods so how to review them i cannot phone the compnay as their phone system is out of order sent two emails to ask what has happened and no response. its been a monht since i ordered the goods.

I have sent 3 emails a live chat and 2 phone calls but cannot get a response to return the lights which are not what im was expecting at all. I cannot get a resonse to return them so will now be looking to Paypal for support

Very poor service, do not purchase from here. I ordered a ceiling lamp in December, it arrived broken shortly afterwards, and I have been chasing for a refund ever since with no response via email and vague responses every time I call. Awful.

I bought a lamp shade in Dec 2024. It came promptly but was faulty. The initial reponse was positive with acknowledgement of the fault and a quick promise to send out a replacement. It's now May 2025 and it hasn't arrived. I've chased a number of times and emails are now being ignored. I guess I'll have to do a credit card charge back.

THE ITEM I BOUGHT WAS FALTY IT DID NOT WORK!!! I DID NOT GET A REFUND THAT WAS PROMISD,I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN,THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!

The lamp did not work with the bulb it specified and when I contacted customer service about this I received no reply.

I received my order of five lightbulbs promptly but when trying to replace one, a bulb broke away from the metal part. I emailed Mark at the company immediately, explaining the situation and asking for a replacement bulb to be sent. To this date (3/3/25) I have never received a reply.

If there was a 0 out of 5 stars I would have chosen it. I returned the light bulbs to the company and I have waited several months for a refund with no replies to my emails and no sign of a refund. No customer service at all and looks likely that I'll not get my money back. It's a shame as I would have used them again. Very disappointing. Don't purchase anything from this company. Impossible to deal with.
